It is our hope that you would be completely satisfied with your Patio Chic purchase every time, but we would appreciate if you could contact us once you’ve experienced any issues with your purchase. We will strive to sort your problem out as best as we can and as efficiently as possible.
We have simplified our exchange policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order us at 1 (888) 333-7017. Customer will need to describe the problem and the reason for the exchange. We will deal with your issue within 3 working days.
Exchange Conditions:
A. The exchanged item must be in the original condition, meaning no tears, no wears, no odors.
B. Exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of initial receipt of your order.
C. Should we find that an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
D. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a Patio Chic error.
